Eva Astorga

Eva Astorga (Madrid) has a degree in Geography and History specialising in Art History from the Autonomous University of Madrid and is a specialist in change management and transformation. She began her professional career as an illustrator and designer in a video game company, and from there she moved on to multimedia production and design of Blended Learning solutions. In 2000 she began working in consultancy for the implementation of Human Resources strategies, working in different companies on projects related to change management and transformation from the perspective of people. In 2014 he founded Lateralia-Lateral Learning. She actively participates in different media and channels related to technologies, methodologies and change management, and is a director, teacher and speaker at various business schools and HR, methodologies and transformation forums.
