Susan Postnikoff

Susan Postnikoff was born in Saskatchewan, Canada, and lived her first five years on a farm with no running water in one of the harshest climates in the world. Being the person who always found a way to better her situation and to do things differently than the status quo, Susan moved to Toronto part way through her Bachelor of Science degree and then to California a few years into her professional career.

Susan has a unique perspective on… well… everything! She is analytical, creative, engaging, and direct. She has a thirst for knowledge and is always researching, questioning, and evaluating. She is exceptional at contract design and negotiation and was a top performer in medical device sales, with an exceptional skill set for business planning and forecasting. Susan was integral in the launch of several disruptive medical devices and biologics, including stem cell technologies and image-guided surgery and robotics equipment.

As a beach volleyball player and NCCP Level II Coach, Susan has coached high school and club teams and has played in FIVB and AVP Professional Beach Volleyball Tournaments. She also studied NLP and is a Certified Master Hypnotist and Hypnotherapist. Susan has provided career transition coaching, relationship coaching, sales and customer service training, and has consulted on sales and operations integration, and corporate culture shift
