Ricky Fitzpatrick

Ricky Fitzpatrick is a lifelong Southerner, storyteller, and award-winning songwriter whose roots run deep in red clay and gospel truth. With a voice steeped in Georgia pines and a pen dipped in Southern ink, he writes stories where faith, food, folklore, and secrets simmer just beneath the surface.

His breakout Southern mystery, The Last Supper Club, introduced readers to Magnolia Bluff, Georgia…a place where laughter and loss, humor and heartache, live side by side. Its much-anticipated sequel, Second Helpings, returns readers to that world with new intrigue, deeper family ties, and unforgettable twists.

He is also the founder of the Magnolia Bluff Literary Project an author-led initiative that exists to preserve and share the cultural fabric of the American South, its stories, traditions, and voices, through literature, music, and community engagement.

When he isn’t writing, Ricky draws inspiration from the backroads, small towns and endlessly-interesting people of Northeast Georgia, where he lives with his family in the idyllic, unincorporated community of Apple Valley.
