In my professional life, I have served as a general manager, managing director, and leader in financial co-operative companies. I have also worked as a consultant for multinational corporations and international organizations such as UNDP, ILO, and ACI. I have been a member and president of high-level institutional and corporate boards, including Costa Rica Bank and BICSA.
I've worked as an executive consultant and coach for C-Suite executives and directors in global multinational companies for over thirty years at top national and international business schools like INCAE and University of Costa Rica (UCR). I have received numerous recognitions, notably the 2014 EXCELLENCE AWARD presented by The Latin Business Organization for outstanding leadership in development processes within Latin American companies.
From an academic perspective, I hold a doctorate in Education and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Banking and Finance. I also have a Postgraduate degree in Business Leadership and a Master's in Executive and Sports Coaching.
My specialization lies in executive coaching, executive leadership, human behavior, and high-performance team management. I hold professional certifications in mental development processes and high-performance team management, including a Master certification from the Pacific Institute, USA, as well as certifications as an Ontological Coach, Life Coach, Customer Service Leader (CCSL), and Customer Service Trainer (CCST).
n the realm of sports team development, I have worked with highly competitive teams, including national soccer teams and the Olympic Swimming Team of the United States, as well as the America de Cali team in Colombia.
