The long winter evenings have been my silent companions, where peace and the desire to read mingled, discovering the legends of various peoples. The Celtic, Greek, Nordic, Egyptian and Romanian mythologies have shaped my imagination, opening the door to the fascinating world of fantasy. Authors such as Tolkien, Lewis and Fritz Leiber have been my guides, before science fiction with Wells, Beliaev and Asimov became a new source of admiration. My path led me to teaching history, an opportunity to share my passion with the students. Through creative activities, we explored the riches of ancient civilizations and fantastic stories. Their eyes lit up, their minds opened to new perspectives. At the same time, my life as a reader did not stop. I immersed myself in various genres, discovering contemporary authors such as King, Brown, Levy, Gavalda, Nothomb, etc. Each book, with its diversity of styles and themes, enriched my life, my personality, my own identity. Even though I am no longer a history teacher today, the passion for the world of myth and history, as well as the amazed look of the students, have remained.
