Lynette Feeley

Lynette Feeley is a five-star, award-winning author, editor, and indie publisher. Her debut poetry collection, "Why Be Eye Candy When You Can Be Soul Food?"(2023), earned a nomination for The Eric Hoffer Award (2024), won a Red Ribbon, Wishing Shelf Book Award (UK 2023), and a Bronze Award (poetry category) at Reader Views Literary Awards (2023). Her poems were featured in Writers' Journal (MAR/APR Vol 29, No 2) and Lyceum: The Literary and Fine Arts Journal (1997-1999). She wrote a TV bible considered for development by Creative Artists Agency, and her screenplays ranked in film competitions (as high as fifth place). One script earned a "CONSIDER" for development from Screenplay Readers. She is an Interlochen Arts Academy graduate who majored in English and creative writing at the University of Michigan but ultimately earned her degree in psychology and sociology. Lynette loves writing complex characters who are layered, relatable, and hopelessly flawed.
