Ashutosh Kumar straddles several aspects of his personality as a legal professional of repute, an acclaimed social leader and an eminent writer. His life is dedicated to elevate consciousness of the people & service to humanity.

A modest and soft-spoken personality known for prudence, his story is of the middle class of India- to make own identity by sheer hard work with passionate action. He believes that one should discover the purpose of own life to lead purposeful, peaceful and pleasant life.

As a Legal Professional, Mr. Kumar has experience of more than two decades in the areas of Arbitration & ADR, International Trade, Commercial, Employment, Electricity, Regulatory Affairs & Administrative Law. Notably, he is RICS Evaluative Mediator and has settled more than twelve thousand cases through ADR.

As an acclaimed Social leader, his passion for service to humanity began at the tender age of nine. For more than three decades, his passionate service has made positive changes in the lives of individuals and also helped organizations to serve society in better ways. He served as member of National Service Scheme, National Cadet Corps and Legal Aid Clinic during his college days. He has been associated with Scouting movement for more than three decades and served as Honorary Legal Advisor of National and State Association as well as member of several committees.

He is elevating consciousness of the individuals through his prolific writings & lectures. Writing is Mr. Kumar’s forte. As an avid reader, thinker and author of two books i.e. "The Journey Towards Greatness: Learning from the Lives of Legands" and "Divine Secrets for the Blessed Life". He regularly shares his deep thoughts on diverse subjects to inspire others to elevate life.

Several awards and honors have been conferred on him for his achievements and dedicated services to humanity. He and his wife Sneha Gunjan have been blessed with one son and one daughter. Vegetarian and simple in his tastes, he is a bibliophile and enjoys reading, writing, meditation and social service in his spare time.
