I am based in the United Kingdom, where I lead a quiet, contented life.

My writing explores the mind-created self, the origins of inadequacy, and the relationship between thought, identity, and suffering. My book, SPATIAL VITALITY: From Hospital Wards to the Space Between Thoughts, grew out of personal experience and an awakening that changed how I understood myself and the world around me.

This book was written by hand and entirely directed from the realm of peace. It explores a possibility we rarely question: what if the identity we believe ourselves to be is a construction of thought?
