John Robert Hatfield is a leadership psychologist that has been working with men for thirty years. He received his BS from Kansas State University and gained a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in college student development and leadership under the Educational Psychology department. He currently is the interim director of fraternity and sorority life at Kansas State University, works as an independent contractor coaching men, and is sought out by fraternities to manage and change the culture in their chapters. John has lived in Zambia and Uganda and has traveled across Europe, and those transformative experiences were so enriching that he now takes men to Nicaragua every May for a one-week service and multicultural experience, as well as to Brazil to get involved in serving the marginalized. In his free time John enjoys hiking, hitting the gym, adventuring, traveling, and reading.
