Erin Nichols

Erin Nichols grew up and still resides in the Sacramento area of Northern California. She loves nature, spending time outdoors, reading, and always looks forward to her next adventure. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology. Erin works as a personal trainer and nutrition coach to help others push past the boundaries of their comfort zone and realize their full potential.
