Charlotte Bloom

Charlotte Mary Bloom is the CEO of VSNRY, a strategic consulting firm where she works with visionary leaders to identify and bring to market industry-defining business strategies and innovations. Her clients have successfully launched new businesses, rebranded, pivoted to more lucrative business models, launched digital and platform transformations, been acquired, and IPO’d.

Recognized as an international thought leader on personal and business growth, she is a regular contributor to leading business publications such as Inc., Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Bloomberg and a recipient of titles such as Chartered Fellow for the Chartered Management Institute. Also a Serial Entrepreneur and Advocate for carbon negativity/climate positivity and women’s opportunities, she has garnered awards from HSBC, Enactus, and The Prince’s Trust for her nonprofit work.

Born and raised in the UK, she graduated with a first-class honors BSc in business and finance. She first worked in M&A and restructuring at Lazard and then in corporate strategy at the UK’s largest energy company. She now lives and works internationally, divides her time between London and the USA, all while inspiring and driving positive change.
