Jon Finkel's journey into storytelling began with a heartfelt mission: to capture the magic of everyday life with his wife and two children. His stories are relatable to every family. The family’s real-life pooch is the inspiration for his books.

Prior to writing children’s books, Jon served as a News Editor for CoStar. He has also worked with notable companies such as Bloomberg and NBC Universal. Earlier in his career, Jon contributed to Channel Thirteen Children’s Programming and Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
