Mark Dowley

Mark is a teacher and school leader who has taught and presented in schools from Papua New Guinea to New York. He is the Chair of Mastery Schools Victoria who opened their first school for disengaged students in 2025. Mark consults internationally to schools on culture, belonging and behaviour and completed his Doctor of Education and Masters in Education Policy (International) at the University of Melbourne
