Dean H. Stanton writes practical playbooks for leaders who want measurable results. He has spent three decades in operations, engineering, quality, and manufacturing, including 20+ years leading an orthopedic medical device company as COO.

As Principal Consultant at RyteTek, he helps teams modernize work with MES and MOM, ERP design, warehouse and fulfillment improvements, and data-driven process control. He built and ran Medical Supply HQ, adding ecommerce and supplier integrations to his toolkit. Dean teaches at SNHU, where he earned the 2024 Outstanding Educator Award.
