Gary Metivier

Gary Metivier in an award-winning journalist and author. He was a multi regional emmy and Edward R. Murrow honored reporter before leaving news to pursue his work as an author. He has an MFA from Hamline and has published 5 children's books. He discovered his love of writing as an escape as a little boy in a busy home where he was one of 12 children! He is married and has two adult sons in the medical field. Gary also host an inspirational youtube channel and podcast "The heart of the story with Gary Metivier."
