Dan Dobry

I have spent more than four decades helping people make decisions about money, risk, retirement, and the future. Yet the longer I worked in finance, the more I realised that life's most important questions are rarely about money alone. They are about family, purpose, trust, resilience, and the legacy we leave behind.

Born in Hong Kong, I moved alone to Israel at fourteen, later building my career there before settling in London. Living between cultures taught me independence, adaptability, and a global perspective that has shaped both my business and personal life.

I founded the Union of Financial Planners in Israel, helped create Atidit, Israel's first actuarially balanced pension fund, served on international boards, and contributed to the development of global financial planning standards.

My successes taught me confidence. My failures taught me wisdom. Above all, I learned that trust matters more than transactions, relationships outlast opportunities, and integrity is the foundation of lasting success.

Today, through writing, mentoring, and education, I share lessons learned from a lifetime of experience, helping others navigate uncertainty with greater clarity, purpose, and perspective.
