Frank Piscitelli

Frank Piscitelli is a securities registered representative. He recently moved to La Jolla, CA after residing in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1988. He was raised in NYC and obtained a bachelor’s degree from New York University and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He was an attorney in the law departments of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Mutual Life of New York and addressed insurance, tax, securities and ERISA matters related to insurance contracts issued to fund employer retirement plans. He also owned and managed real estate investment properties for seventeen years. He has personally completed 1031 exchanges into Delaware Statutory Trust properties and is eager to share his real-world experience with other investment property owners regarding the many benefits of DSTs.
