Jonathan Rix

Jonathan Rix is a Professor of Participation and Learning Support and has taught for many years in schools, universities and other community settings. He is also a parent and a sibling of people with learning difficulties. His award-winning research has included ground breaking participatory projects involving disabled people, multi-national studies of special education, explorations of effective pedagogy in mainstream scools and parental experiences of services. His work weaves together his personal and professional experiences.
