Daisy O'Shea

Daisy O'Shea is a multi-genre author whose thought-provoking fiction challenges readers to confront uncomfortable truths that hide behind everyday life. Daisy's work in various genres has been praised for its psychological depth, brave storytelling, and unforgettable characters. Her work has been recognized with the prestigious B.R.A.G. Medallion for excellence in independent publishing.

Daisy O’Shea pens atmospheric dual-timeline novels steeped in the sights, scents, and soul of rural southern Ireland, her home, from which she draws daily inspiration.

Writing as Sue Lewando, her earlier work comprises gentle romances that lend a contented sigh at the end of the day. These are in the process of being re-worked and having new covers designed.

Writing as Chris Lewando, her gripping suspense series 'Suffer the Little Children' not only entertains, but tackles uncomfortable truths. She digs deep into the human experience—what drives people and what ultimately forces people act. Her sharp prose, vivid characters, and emotionally resonant storytelling bring a unique blend of suspense, humanity, and grit to every page. What does it really mean to do the right thing? And when people say someone should do something, what if that person is you?

Daisy lives in the south of Ireland and is a full-time author. She lives with her husband in a renovated farmhouse with a bundle of rescued cats, dogs, and other creatures. They love the wild landscape, the rocky coasts, and traditional Irish music.
