Jaime Lester

Jaime Lester is an investor, educator, and author of Pause to Think: Using Mental Models to Learn and Decide. Drawing on a career in investing and teaching, he writes about practical decision-making, behavioral finance, and the use of mental models to improve judgment under uncertainty. He is a former hedge fund manager and an associate adjunct professor at Columbia Business School.
