Hi! I am passionate about the world of work. As Director of Inspiration and joint owner of ImagineThinkDo, I consult with organisations delivering keynotes, interactive workshops and internationally accredited development programmes to help leaders unlock the power of their people. An acknowledged thought leader, I am regularly interviewed by The Financial Times and The Institute of Leadership.

I draw on a diverse background. Trained as an Engineer, in my first career I led teams designing mobile networks in 25 countries. Moving into the people/leadership space I was the European Head of Talent for Yahoo!, the Managing Director of a hundred-million-pound turnover outsourcing business and Global Head of Consulting in a multi-billion-pound recruitment business.
