Hello and welcome! I’m Elizabeth Owode – mum of three, wife, author, public speaker and the heart behind MyFamily101, where we believe happy families are built on connection, creativity, and love.

When I’m not juggling motherhood or running our non-profit family organisation, you’ll usually find me mapping out a new activity book idea – often inspired by my children’s curious questions and playful imaginations!
