David Neely

David Neely is Co-founder of The Unfinished Task Network and President and CEO of Affecting Change International. He has earned degrees from The University of Oklahoma and Trinity Theological Seminary. Neely served 11 years under appointment with the International Mission Board where he served in multiple administrative, logistical, strategy, and pastoral care roles in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and South Sudan. Upon return to the United States, he served an additional 20 years as a Missions and Operations Pastor traveling to India, Kenya, Iraq, and Canada on a consultative and missional capacity. He has been a regular speaker on the involvement of faith-based organizations in sustainable development at the InfoPoverty World Conference at the United Nations Headquarters in NYC and is on the roster with Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Assistance Response Teams.
