Melody Moore

Melody is the founder of Liberare Consulting, a DE&I, Leadership and coaching consultancy. She is also the host of ‘The Secret Resume’ Podcast.

Melody is a Business Psychologist with over twenty years consulting experience, and before establishing her own company was a Senior Client Partner and UK DEI practice lead for a large global consultancy.

Melody has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors and geographies and specialises in DEI, team development, executive coaching and leadership development.

Melody is obsessed with people and what makes them tick. To support this, she is in the final year of training to be a Practitioner in Developmental Trauma Therapy.

Melody lives with her daughter Holly and dog Lyra. She enjoys gardening and making things to clutter up her home at a weekly ceramics class.
