Thomas Guarinoni

Thomas Guarinoni is French-Canadian. He is a clinical nurse in an expanded role, a Chinese medicine practitioner and an acupuncturist. A specialist in low-carbohydrate diets, he was graduated and certified (C.K.N.S. for healthcare personnel only) by the American Nutrition Association (trained among others by Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Thomas Seyfried (PhD)) and by the Institute of formation of the Tim Noakes Foundation.
