Nathan Miller is an author, father, and outdoorsman who writes books aimed at helping people grow—whether that’s encouraging children’s imagination, supporting men in finding purpose and community, or guiding beginners as they learn practical outdoor skills.
Born in Kansas and now living in Arizona with his wife and daughter, Nathan enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time outside hiking, hunting, grilling, swimming, and exploring public lands. He believes strongly in learning by doing and in sharing skills that help people feel more capable, confident, and connected—to nature, to food, and to one another.
His work is shaped by the idea that meaningful experiences don’t need to be complicated or exclusive. Whether writing a children’s story with his daughter or a hands-on guide, Nathan’s goal is the same: to make learning approachable, practical, and grounded in real life.
