Charles Johnson is a podcast host, a certified professional life coach, and a speaker who has over 10 years of military experience and multiple certifications. He is the founder and chief change catalyst of Grind Hard Hustle Smart LLC, a company that provides coaching, consulting, and training services to individuals and organizations who want to transform their lives and achieve their goals.

He is currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration, with a concentration on leadership, at Liberty University, where he is learning how to apply strategic management and ethical decision-making skills to various business scenarios. He holds a bachelor's degree in management from Broward College. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge, insights, and stories with his audience, and has spoken to audiences in Hawaii, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. He is on a mission to make a lasting impact on the world through his podcast, coaching, and speaking.
