Meenal Dighe

Meenal Dighe lives in Mumbai and descibes herself as "a bookworm mother of two young bookworms". She has studied Chemical Engineering, HR Management, Psycological Counselling, among other subjects. Nowadays she spends most of her time helping municipal schools in villages of tribal areas ,and travelling around India and the world, "finding stories everywhere". In her free time she helps run a library, teaches Spanish to kids and writes her thoughts in a blog. Meenal has lived in Dahanu in her childhood and also spent lot of time in the jungles of Maharashtra with her Father, who served in the Indian Forest Service. In her first book 'Disruptions in Dahanu', she brings part of her enchanted childhood to life. Her love for nature can be seen in her writing.
