Allegra Chapman

Allegra Chapman is an author, columnist and AuDHD dissident, whose words have appeared in The i, The Independent, Newsweek, Cosmopolitan and many more. As a creative therapy practitioner, coach and Founder of Creative Fix, she empowers and champions neurodivergent creatives, helping them to reclaim their voices. In 2023, Allegra was named by f:Entrepreneur as one of the most dynamic and inspirational female entrepreneurs in the UK. She lives on the south coast of England with her husband and two children, and can usually be found at the beach.
