Joseph Soel

Rev. Joseph Soel is a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, recognized with multiple awards for his service, including official commendations for “courageous actions” on May 17th 2008 from Congress and a citation from the New York State Assembly. He is the Worshipful Master of his Masonic Lodge, a 32° Scottish Rite Mason, and a Knight Templar in the York Rite of Freemasonry. A committed spiritual leader, Soel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity (MDiv). He brings together a unique blend of theological insight, lived experience, and moral reflection shaped by war, recovery, and service. His work explores the intersections of memory, trauma, and the search for meaning.
