David A. Dowell

DAVID A. DOWELL is a 20- plus-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and has held senior investment positions with a variety of large private equity and institutional investors. Over his career he has led the acquisitions, asset management and dispositions of over five billion dollars of commercial real estate across the U.S. and U.K., and has built out several institutional investment platforms focusing on value add and opportunistic transactions. David is the founder and managing principal of Arliga Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory firm focused on providing strategic commercial real estate investment and asset management services to family offices and institutions for whom commercial real estate is not their core competency.
