August Ren

August Ren is the author of "In Love With Everybody But Myself Maybe" - a collection of sapphic poetry. August is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. Through her writing, she explores heartbreak from love, eating disorder, and loneliness. August writes mostly short poems heavily based on personal experiences of her life living in New York City. She has also written 2 play scripts, including "The Greater Life," that have been casted, read, and performed in front of a live audience at Manhattan Theatre Club.
