Kaisha McCrea

Kaisha McCrea is an ICF certified Career & Leadership Coach and CEO & Founder of Growing Perspectives Career Consulting. She has always loved writing and journalism from her youth and is honored to share stories with the world through writing. She is married to Dexter McCrea and is mother of two sons, Nathan and Christian and resides in Midlothian, Virginia. She enjoys public speaking to empower others for career and leadership growth. She is a recognized leader in her community and recognized as a Top 15 Coach in Richmond, Virginia for 2023 by Influence Digest + and was recognized as the 2022 Member of the Year by Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce in Virginia. She has held several leadership roles in her career and in the community including serving on Board of Directors.

She is active in her local church and has a strong anchor in her Christian faith and love for God, family and friends. She is a lifelong learner and is committed to fulfilling the mission God has designed for her life. She previously worked in Corporate America for over 20 years in various roles starting as an Engineer after college. She has a desire to support people and organizations to grow & thrive in their careers & lives. She is excited to live her life to the fullest and make a difference in the world.

She is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. She is a graduate of Wilmington University with a Master in Business Administration. Kaisha is a Coach U Core Essentials graduate and certified Career Transition Coach. She believes we all can grow and thrive in our careers and lives.
