Sandra Foyt

Sandra Foyt is an award-winning travel photographer and freelance journalist. Originally from the Caribbean and based in Albany for over twenty-five years, she’s a road trip junkie.

A veteran of many cross-country road trips, she drove Route 66, the Lincoln Highway, the Fossil Freeway, the Extraterrestrial Highway, and the “Loneliest Road in America.”

She runs Albany Traveler, a local travel blog in Upstate New York, and co-publishes Getaway Mavens, the romantic getaways guide.
