Allison Lee

There is a saying, “Never work with children or animals.” Allison Lee did both before venturing one step further and delving into the world of suspense and murder.

Allison sold her small chain of children’s day nurseries in 2022 to concentrate on her other passions: writing and animals. She writes fiction and nonfiction and lives on a smallholding in the North Yorkshire countryside with her long-suffering husband of 38 years, four dogs, ponies, donkeys, sheep, goats, pigs and chickens.
