From early on working in his family’s corner grocery store Joe experienced what it meant to connect with customers and watched the local business flourish. Joe took these same “Corner Grocery Store Principles” to work in the technology sector successfully running service operations with the customer clearly at the center of everything he did. He brings 25+ years in the technology business successfully running customer operations for companies such as OKI, VIO, Windstream and Xerox. Joe is an expert at building and running small to large multi-site Call Centers, Field Operations and Logistics. He is experienced at managing both Business to Consumer and Business to Business operations.
