Dr. Felicia Shaw is an internationally recognized balance expert, purpose strategist, certified life coach, and transformational speaker. As the CEO of Simply In Your Purpose, she empowers high-achieving individuals to prioritize their goals, achieve balance, and simplify their lives. Through her dynamic coaching programs and workshops, Dr. Shaw has transformed the lives of thousands worldwide, helping them unlock their full potential and live with purpose.

A TEDx speaker, Dr. Shaw delivered a powerful talk on “Stepping Into Your Purpose,” she is a co-author of the bestselling book Unbreakable Spirit, presented by renowned international speaker Lisa Nichols. This inspirational work has earned four best-selling categories on Amazon. She also co-authored Breaking Free: Overcoming Self-Sabotage, among other influential publications. In 2014, Dr. Shaw released her motivational audiobook and song, I Am Enough, a message of self-empowerment that continues to inspire audiences. Her latest book, Get Back Up Again (2023), draws on her personal journey of overcoming life-altering illnesses and challenges, offering tools to help others heal and thrive.

Dr. Shaw has received numerous accolades, including the U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award—Lifetime Achievement (2016) and the Women of Distinction Award in Business from the Bloomington/Normal YWCA (2015). She holds an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Global Oved Dei Seminary University and an MBA from Western Michigan University. Dr. Shaw is also certified in Change Management by Prosci and holds several leadership designations through Toastmasters International.
