I have always been driven by a passion to give my best as a person and as a leader, and to support others in unleashing their full potential. My motivation and inner drive is to help people improve – a mission I pursue through writing books, delivering lectures, and offering one-on-one coaching. My motto, "Getting better every day," is not just a personal philosophy but also the essence of my work with leaders across various industries.

Following a comprehensive career that began with deep insights into leadership and corporate management at the University of Bern and led me through the founding and management of two consulting firms, Impact and Valion, I have established myself as one of the leading executive coaches in Switzerland. My tenure as CIO at AMAG Automobil- und Motoren AG, where I realigned the IT department and won the Confare Swiss #CIOAward in 2016, has significantly shaped my approach as a coach and consultant.

Today, I share my extensive experience through my books, "The Phoenix Principle" and "The Hero's Journey of a Leader," summarizing my insights and the essence of conversations with over 100 top executives. These publications serve as practical guides for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and foster a culture of excellence within their teams.

Beyond my writing, I work as a consultant and coach to help leaders improve their leadership behavior and give their careers a new momentum. My goal is to provide leaders at all levels with the tools they need to inspire their teams, drive transformative changes, and achieve personal and professional goals through targeted coaching and strategic sparring.

As an investor and advisor in startups founded by former employees, I contribute my experience and knowledge to support the next generation of entrepreneurs. This role allows me to directly influence the development of innovative solutions and business models while continuing my mission to guide leaders on their path to excellence.
