Jeni Tocol is an unstoppable force of energy and ambition, CEO and founder of Vivid Villas, LLC. Bringing over two decades of rich experience in technology operations and executive support to her role. Having built global operations from scratch and scaled them successfully. Vivid Villas, her brainchild, was born from a singular vision: to offer seamless, tech centric, eco-friendly travel experiences that are memorable and effortless. By harnessing her experience, she's quickly scaled from two to 18 units across two states in just nine months!

Her passion for hospitality came from having spent over two decades traversing the globe, she consistently found herself frustrated by the lack of seamless, technology-integrated experiences in hotels and private accommodations. This frustration became the catalyst for her dream of creating a better alternative to revolutionize the way technology-driven travelers interact with their accommodations.

Her keen eye for talent and a purposeful hiring process enabled her to assemble a stellar virtual operations support team that has become a cornerstone of Vivid Villas' success, and she is now dedicated to helping others replicate this model.

An advocate for growth, learning, and embracing change, a trait that has been evident throughout her career. In her earlier role as an advisory board member for Microsoft, where she represented the executive support community, she championed a shift in industry mindset from the traditional "secretary" role to that of a business partner and executive assistant. Her insights were featured in a cover story titled "Meet the New Middle Manager: Today’s Administrative Professional" in Executive Support Magazine's May 2014 issue.

Away from work, she's an adrenaline junkie, spending her time snowboarding, driving fast cars, or exploring beaches worldwide with her daughter. Fiercely determined yet deeply kindhearted; Jeni is a true inspiration. Her enthusiasm for life is evident in all she does.
