Karyn Arnold is a grief educator, coach, author, and founder of Grief in Common, an online community that connects people through shared experiences of loss.
For more than 25 years, she has helped grieving people better understand the realities of life after loss. Through support groups, educational programs, and her writing, she offers practical guidance, fresh perspective, and compassionate support to people navigating one of life's most difficult experiences.
Her work explores the many ways loss can affect daily life, including guilt, self-image, loneliness, identity changes, and the often-overlooked secondary losses that accompany grief. She helps people understand what they are experiencing, recognize the changes they are adapting to, and participate more fully in the present while maintaining a meaningful connection to the people they have lost.
Karyn is the co-founder of GRIEF Ladies Press, where she and her colleague Kelly Daugherty create books and resources that help people better understand grief and loss.
