Florian Schweitzer

Florian co-founded the venture capital firm b2venture in 2000, which evolved from the original online matching platform for business angels and startups BrainsToVentures (b-to-v). Since then, he has led the company into a unique European venture capital firm that works closely with professional business angels to support the growth of entrepreneurs and their startups. He serves on several boards of technology startups and is one of the partners of the b2venture early stage fund.

While studying for an MA in Finance at the University of St. Gallen, Florian developed the entrepreneurial student organization START, which he supports today as a member of the foundation board. He also serves on the board of the Fondation Botnar, a Swiss-based foundation that promotes the use of digital technologies to improve the well-being of children in urban areas of the Global South.
