I'm not a guru perched on a mountaintop, nor am I a motivational speaker who somehow manages to keep their white teeth perfectly white while shouting at you through your screen. No, I'm just like you - an ordinary person who's seen a thing or two, tripped a lot more than I'd like to admit, and somehow managed to learn something amidst all the falling.

I've spent the better part of a decade working in customer experience, climbing up from the trenches of being a CSR to the lofty heights of a customer happiness manager. It was a wild ride filled with speed bumps, detours, and the occasional flat tire. But despite the rocky terrain, I discovered a profound love for helping others. And somewhere along the way, I learned a thing or two about empathy, emotional intelligence, and psychology - the kind of stuff that they don't teach you in school but probably should.
