Stacey Terry

Stacey Terry is the loving wife of Detective Justin Terry of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Justin passed away tragically in the line of duty in June of 2022.

They lived a beautiful life together with their cocker spaniel pup, Camper, of happiness and the deepest love. In the precious four years they had together, they were just beginning to build the life of their dreams. In a twist of fate of a second, it was all taken away and Stacey was forced onto a journey of grief and loss of mourning the man of her dreams.

The inspiration of a dear friend, sent to her by God, gave Stacey a new way through children’s books to memorialize Justin. Stacey wants to share the memories and experiences of his life through her writing. She wants the world to know the person he was to her, his family and friends, and his work. Both Justin and Stacey were strong believers of faith and it continues to drive Stacey’s motivations and works of the heart, as to keeping Justin’s memory alive.

Stacey shares the life and loves of Justin through her children’s book series. She writes with authenticity, vulnerability and strength from God and prayer, of the man that she considers her own personal hero. Though Justin has been called Home, he will always be a hero to his community and the world. Forever.
