Lucy Rogers

Lucy Rogers is a deaf illustrator based in Oxfordshire, UK. Growing up with no deaf characters in the books she read, Lucy makes her illustrated stories diverse and inclusive to inspire the young disabled or deaf/Deaf kids to be proud of themselves.

Lucy loves working on picture books, book covers, character designs, packaging illustration and more. She has illustrated 14 published children's books. She has worked with publishers such as Scholastic, Bloomsbury, Lantana, Beaming Books, and many more.

Lucy's illustrations are drawn on her iPad so she can travel anywhere she wants and explore places for inspiration in nature, cultures and languages. She loves drawing whimsical, sweet and humorous characters and settings with a dash of magic.
