Todd Monger

Todd Monger, MA, LPCC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has served in variety of equine assisted learning settings. Mr. Monger is a sought out speaker on the topics of mental health, leadership development, and equine assisted learning. Currently, he owns and operates his own clinical private practice in which he serves both children and adults. His background of clinical work has led him to serve in children’s psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, and for 17 years as the clinical director of Student Success at North Central University, MN. He served in private practice for 5 years as a part-time equine assisted psychotherapist at Stable Living, LLC and is trained in the equine assisted modality provided by Natural Lifemanship. In 2020, he was asked to become the Director of Programs for Bien Aimé Farm, an equine assisted ministry exclusively focused on supporting families who adopt. Additionally, he has volunteered and served on the Board of Directors for Hope Rides ministry since 2014. While no longer operating his practice from a farm setting, he continues to create new and exciting ways for children and families to learn and grow through a variety of ecotherapy techniques as he deeply values the power of integrating psychology, faith and the natural environment. Originally from Australia, Mr. Monger is now based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
