Katherine Carter lives in Arizona, USA with her 3 cats and approximately 142 book boyfriends she's collected over the years. As an avid reader, Katherine escaped between the pages, losing herself in the adventures and fantasy and romance. She'd always dreamed of writing, but had always thought it too out of reach.

​And then she realized, the only one stopping her was herself.

​Her debut novel, The Fool's Errand, is the culmination of her childhood dream to become an author and the years she spent dreaming of mismatched characters and adventures. This passion project was born out of a spark that quickly blazed into a full-blown inferno that took over her every waking thought.
