James Mullen

James L. Mullen is a poet from midcoast Maine. A lifelong resident, he developed a great fascination for the ocean and rugged natural terrain that carries over into his writing. He has degrees in History and English that inform both his interest and style.

Poetry has been his preferred literary expression since the mid-1980s and he continues writing actively on a daily basis, posting many short poems on Twitter/X and longer pieces on Medium.

He also manages a daily poetry prompt as OurPoetryX and hosts Our Poetry on Medium as a publication for all poets.
