Ness Grixti

Ness Grixti is a London-based Product Designer who has been working in design for 17 years, specialising in design systems for the last 8.

She’s led a wide array of systems — including multi-product platforms, branded systems, and even a white-label system. She recently led foundational system updates in the global rebrand for Wise, which led her team to win ‘best adoption’ at the 2023 Design System Awards.

As well as building systems, she’s led training in design systems across multiple companies. This led her to start Redesigning Design Systems, a platform where she teaches others how to level up their design systems.

Design aside, Ness is half German and half Maltese, born and raised in Australia. When she’s not designing, teaching or writing, she enjoys yoga, travel and crocheting amigurumi.
