Saar Ben-Attar

SAAR BEN-ATTAR is the founder of Ascent Growth Partners, a specialist, niche consultancy that focuses on strategic innovation and ecosystem-driven growth, with offices in Johannesburg and Singapore. He has been working with leadership teams for over twenty years, helping them to realize their growth aspirations in rapidly changing markets. Apart from his work at Ascent, he serves as the South-African chapter president for the Asia CEO Community and is an executive fellow at the Center for the Future of Organization, at the Peter E. Drucker School of Management. He is also an Associate Editor of Developing Leaders Quarterly (DLQ), a periodical that provides insights on fundamental issues of 21st century leadership and organization.
