Chad Edwards Ph.D.

When his mother began experiencing memory changes, Dr. Chad Edwards did what neuroscientists do — he went to the research. What he found was scattered: hundreds of studies on diet, sleep, exercise, and cognitive health, but no organized, practical plan a real family could follow. So he built one for her. He called it the Pronene Memory Plan ("for Nene") — and The MIND Diet Kitchen is its dietary cornerstone.

Dr. Edwards holds a dual-major PhD in clinical science and neuroscience from Indiana University Bloomington and is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist. He has authored peer-reviewed scientific papers on the neuroscience of memory, brain health, and clinical disease, using techniques including EEG, fMRI, and MRI. His research has been published in respected journals across the fields of neuroscience, behavioral science, and pharmacology.

The MIND Diet Kitchen is your invitation into that plan. It translates the science into an approachable, quick-to-read healthy aging guide — with brain-healthy recipes, shopping guides, and practical memory wellness tools for adults navigating healthy aging, and for the families and caregivers who walk that path with them.
